We're pumping out of a sow barn today. We're running through 4 pieces of 8 inch hose, and 3 pieces of 6 inch -- 4 pieces to the first booster, 3 from the second. The first pump is running 67 pounds of pressure at 1900 RPM, the second pump is running 2000 RPM - 186 pounds out, 50 in. (kinda hard to see there) We're doing 2400 gal a min, putting on 1100 gals an acre, and......that's what we're doin' today out of a big sow barn, a 6,000 head barn.  And that's a 6NHTB-19 as a lead pump, and a 6NHTB-19 as a booster pump.

Iowa Pork Congress

We just returned from the Iowa Pork Congress and felt the industry is doing much better this year than last.  We took a 6NHTB RediPrime trailer to display and had a lot of intrest.  We have about a dozen of these units in the industry so far and no major complaints.  The flow this pump delivers has taken all the applicators to a new level in total gallons pumped for the year which hopefully has translated into more dollars!!  Now we are working on fullfilling all the orders for Spring Season.  The new fabrication shop isn't completed yet but should be operational by the end of february and we are planning a open house for sometime in June for the Grand Opening and Ben's 30th Year in the Application Business!!  Jeremy
